Long-time business partners, Dianne and Forge have operated a number of successful food businesses in the Kawarthas. Previously operating as Chef Christopher's Catering, Dianne and Forge have catered to many stars performing at the Peterborough Memorial Centre. Under its new name, Dianne and Forge continue to provide excuisite cuisine at an affordable price.

Actively working in the community, Dianne and Forge contribute to the development of young people participating in culinery studies, employing students under the supervision of our chefs and working in the schools to provide opportunities and instruction in food preparation and service.

Cake Decorating

D&F Catering provide cake decorating classes for the beginner, intermediate or advanced. Chef Dianne holds her Advanced Master Decorator certification and provides you with step by step instruction on decorating everything special event cakes to wedding cakes.

Sample Recipes

Whether it's a demonstration or a participatory type of course you are attending, the our Chef will provide you with a complete step by step recipe at the end of the session.

Although most products required can be found in your own kitchen, local grocery store or kitchen supply store, D & F Catering will provide you with a list of vendors from which any products used can be purchased.
